Reservation Policy

All reservations require valid identification and payment details to secure the booking. Rates are subject to change without notice until reservation is confirmed. Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within the specified timeframe to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees equivalent to one night's stay or as specified in the rate plan. Early departures are subject to applicable charges.

Payment Terms

Full payment may be required at time of booking or upon arrival as per the rate plan. We accept major credit cards and reserve the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival. Additional charges during stay must be settled before departure.

Check-in/Check-out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Proper identification is required at check-in.

Property Rules

Guests are responsible for any damage to property. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Pets are not allowed unless specified otherwise. Noise must be kept at reasonable levels, especially during night hours.

Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Use of facilities is at guest's own risk. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around pool areas and other recreational facilities.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, acts of government, or other emergencies that make performance inadvisable or impossible.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location where the property is situated.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website and will be effective from the date of posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
